Position Overview:
Sportsvite is in search of an experienced Sales Director to directly sell sponsorships and advertising to major brands. Your role will be to work as the primary point of contact for both Sportsvite advertisers and sponsors, as well as media buyers and their agencies.
You will work directly with the product team to communicate advertiser and sponsor requirements, manage existing relationships, and at the same time develop and manage partnerships with media companies that can result in bundled sales. You will respond to agency RFPs, develop and adapt sales presentations, and stay on top the trends in a rapidly changing media market.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 4-6 years work experience in interactive ad sales
- Ability to generate a minimum of $1MM in sales revenue in the first 12 months
- Expert in MS Office Suite

We are looking for a candidate who is extremely passionate about high-quality web products with a focus on achieving releases, an ability to work well under pressure, and at least 5 years of professional experience.
Saavn is the world’s largest distributor of Bollywood movies, music, and television shows on digital platforms. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience building scalable, robust, highly available, high performing web applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate and MySQL
- Solid experience with cross-platform, browser compliant (X)HTML and CSS, DHTML/Javascript, AJAX, JSON, and other Web 2.0 technologies
- In-depth knowledge of J2EE, XML, and Web Service
- Solid experience with cross-platform DHTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, JSON, and other Web 2.0 related technologies
- Experience with Tomcat, Apache, Ant, Maven, Log4j, SVN and JUnit
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented programming, algorithms, and data-structures
- Proficiency working in Linux environment
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts including SQL, indexes, transactions and writing software that communicates with a database
- Strong sense of usability, and ability to create clean, “release-ready” pages with limited designer support
- Strong attention paid to browser consistency, user-experience, and strict implementation of design and UI specs
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience developing a Social Networking applications, familiarity with SEO concepts, experience with clustered environments (Application Servers, Database Clusters)
- Great energy and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Expert knowledge of front-end development (XHTML and CSS) and/or Flash and Actionscript are a huge plus

As an junior designer/developer, your primary role will be developing and implementing high-quality user interfaces for partners, clients, or other products we have in the works. Requirements:
- Strong experience hand-coding clean, compliant, and semantic XHTML
- Extensive knowledge of CSS, web standards, and web technologies
- Strong understanding of website layout and usability
- A passion for W3C validation, accessibility, and properly structured semantic markup
- Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, IE rendering issues, and non-hacked fixes (or better yet, avoiding conflicts altogether)
- Strong or working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or both
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Javascript, writing custom scripts or working with libraries (jQuery)
- 3-5 years professional experience designing and building both large and small websites
- Strong knowledge of typography
