Vinodh Bhat

Co-Founder & Principal

Vin has helped [212]MEDIA launch and manage several of its portfolio companies across sports social media, on-demand programming and publishing. He has worked with cable operators such as Cox and Time Warner, secured online distribution deals with market leaders including Apple and Google and built technology partnerships with upstart services such as Brightcove and Veoh.

Vin began his career within the media and technology investment banking group at esteemed Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette where he advised and financed the high-profile media units of major corporations such as @Home and AT&T Broadband, raising over $2.0 billion of public and private equity. He leveraged his relationships in media to serve as VP, Sales and Co-Founder of Simile, a media company that advised Time Warner, the McClatchy Newspaper Group and Hearst. Vin graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing and was an Echols Scholar.

Neal Shenoy

Co-Founder & Principal

Neal has helped [212]MEDIA launch and manage its portfolio companies across children's publishing, online gaming and social networking. He has developed business development and marketing relationships with major media companies including Amazon, MTV, Rogers Digital and Time Inc.

Neal has experience in both the financing and operations of media companies, having begun his career in an upstart unit of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette that advised top U.S. media companies in the cable, cellular, publishing and telecom industries and raised over $1.5 billion of public and private capital. Immediately prior to his tenure as an Investment Banker, Neal produced research on the then nascent broadband industry. He translated his knowledge of media into a venture and strategic backed media company, Simile, where he served as President. Neal graduated from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University with a B.S.F.S. in International Relations and a Concentration in Asian Studies. He received the Dean's Citation for excellence in academics and leadership.

Paramdeep Singh

Co-Founder & Principal

Paramdeep has helped [212]MEDIA build partnerships and source strategic investment capital for its portfolio companies. He has developed partnerships for [212]MEDIA with major media and technology companies, including Sheridan Square Entertainment and Hungama Mobile.

Paramdeep is a serial entrepreneur with experience in ventures across numerous verticals, from Real Estate investment, syndication, and development; Pharmaceutical manufacturing, distribution, and retail; IT Services, Mobile Retailing, and International Media and Trade. He graduated from the College of Arts & Sciences at Tufts University with degrees in International Relations, Economics and Entrepreneurship.

Rishi Malhotra

Managing Partner, President & COO of Saavn

Rishi has helped [212]MEDIA develop strategic entertainment, digital media, and global distributor relationships for its portfolio companies. He has developed programming, licensing, and multi-platform product engagements with companies like IFC (Rainbow Media Networks), AETN, Cablevision, Virgin Media, and Apple. Rishi brings [212]MEDIA a unique expertise in TV, Cable/Satellite Operations, and defining VOD packages for global markets. He is currently President & COO of Saavn, focused on growing the company's distribution, programming, and strategic entertainment initiatives.

Rishi brings over 10 years experience in digital media and served as VP of Multiplatform Program Marketing for Home Box Office Inc (HBO). He was responsible for driving multi-platform programming development, launching new SVOD/HD product offerings, and developing cross-platform marketing for many of HBO's programming franchises. He was also responsible for overseeing product management and marketing for HBO On Demand, Cinemax On Demand and iTV initiatives. He delivered industry-leading original VOD content for HBO’s Big Love, The Wire, Def Comedy Jam, and many HBO Sports franchises.

In his career, Rishi has worked in various capacities with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Elias Arts, and Proxicom, Inc. Rishi holds a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis and is currently based in New York City. He's a regular speaker at industry events (CES, NCTA, IAB, Digital Hollywood) and has been featured in Variety, USA Today, and The Hollywood Reporter.

Jeremy Goldberg

Executive & President, [212]THINK

Jeremy works across [212]MEDIA's portfolio companies to source strategic investment capital and to develop business development and marketing relationships with major media and technology companies, the entertainment and sports industry, and government and non-profit sectors. Jeremy brings [212]MEDIA a depth of experience and expertise in strategy and marketing, as well as global market knowledge and relationships, with particular emphasis in South Asia and the Middle East. He will also serve as the President of [212]THINK, [212]MEDIA's new strategy arm, which specializes in engineering digital businesses for our partners.

Jeremy brings years of experience in digital strategy and entrepreneurship, having begun his career as a technology strategy consultant at Mitchell Madison Group, a spinoff of McKinsey and Company and A.T. Kearney. He later built his own consulting firm, Generate Insights, which advised international non-profits on digital strategy. Jeremy complements his strategy experience with operational experience, having served as the Founder and CEO of poliVOICE, a DC-based technology company that developed pioneering technology for political and public affairs organizations.

Jeremy is also passionate about his causes, having worked in various capacities for Obama for America and Seeds of Peace, and serving on the boards of Soliya, Foundation Rwanda, and Reboot. Jeremy is an honors graduate of the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University with a B.S.F.S. in International Law and Politics and an honors certificate in International Business Diplomacy, and received a Masters in International Affairs at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs in International Finance and Policy, where he was awarded the Alice Stetten Fellowship and a Teaching Assistantship in Statistics.
